Requirements:

• BS/MS Degree in Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Statistics or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant FP&A/investment banking/corporate finance experience.
• Highly competent in Excel/Google Sheets with excellent modeling skills.
• Strong strategic, analytical, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Excellent presentation skills and comfort communicating with leadership.
• Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Organized and able to juggle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Primary finance lead responsible for marketplace management for Upstart’s Core product, Personal Loans.
• Collaborate with Analytics, Investor Services, and Lending Partnership teams in strategic planning.
• Develop comprehensive financial models to assess the financial impact of decisions.
• Support financial analysis for pricing initiatives and build key metrics analysis.
• Serve as the finance partner to the Lending Partnerships team, managing their P&L.
• Create reports and dashboards in BI tools to monitor financial trends.
• Support month-end and quarter-end processes, summarizing and presenting results.
• Prepare executive summaries of monthly results and communicate findings.
