Requirements:

• 2+ years experience in a SE or similar customer-facing role supporting technical interactions and communications.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in L2-L4 networking, systems administration, cloud computing, IT security, or OT security.
• Foundational understanding of core cybersecurity principles for IT, OT, and IoT environments.
• Technical competency to implement and configure runZero's solution while building relationships with specialized customers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects.
• Openness to coaching and mentoring with a natural curiosity around technology.
• Ability to collaborate with channel partners for customer projects.
• Experience managing technical PoVs within SE role supporting multiple Account Managers.

Responsibilities:

• Jointly own and achieve ARR goals across the Mid-Market team by providing technical expertise and acting as a trusted advisor.
• Communicate the runZero value proposition effectively through product demos, PoVs, presentations, and enablement sessions.
• Lead support within customer PoVs addressing specific use cases while collaborating internally.
• Collect and share customer feedback to guide product and go-to-market direction.
• Support the runZero message by contributing to webcasts, blog posts, and technical writing.
