AI/ML Engineer

Requirements:

• University degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related fields.
• Good understanding of a variety of AI and machine learning techniques and their real-world advantages/drawbacks.
• Good understanding of data modeling and evaluation.
• Good understanding of the ML lifecycle.
• Experience with Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA).
• Strong analytical capabilities, team and quality-oriented, keen to learn and excel.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
• Nice to have: Experience with Big Data technologies (e.g., Spark, PySpark), SQL, and exposure to ETL development.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in requirements elicitation meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
• Elaborate functional/non-functional specifications.
• Analyze data originating from various data sources to drive optimization and improvement of product development and business strategies.
• Identify candidate models and algorithms matching the business problems.
• Develop PoC and enterprise solutions.
• Contribute to the full development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, analysis, design, implementation, testing, documentation, and maintenance.
• Operate in a multinational environment while adhering to professional standards and methods.
• Ensure delivery of quality products.
