Requirements:
- 2+ years of pre-sales/post-sales engineering or strategy/management/technology consulting experience.
- 1+ years of experience in a customer relationship building role.
- Proficient in APIs and familiar with SaaS platforms like Shopify, Salesforce, Zendesk, Hubspot.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of developing and managing relationships with senior-level stakeholders.
- Technically and analytically curious.
- Reliable and resilient team player.
- Generative AI implementation experience is a strong asset.
Responsibilities:
- Lead discovery sessions with customers and prospects to uncover requirements and challenges.
- Utilize knowledge of APIs and SaaS platforms to address technical questions and provide solutions.
- Deliver presentations to all levels of an organization, including C-suite.
- Build custom product demonstrations and sandboxes.
- Scope and design integrations into customers' technology stack.
- Support pre-sales meeting quarterly revenue goals.
- Support customers through implementation and going live.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews and identify upsell opportunities.
- Drive adoption and increase automated resolutions.
