Requirements:
- 8+ years of full-stack marketing and senior leadership experience with B2C marketing, ideally in gaming, social media or technology products
- A deep understanding of and passion for MMOs
- Substantial wins in bringing products and services to market and growing them to large scale
- Experience at a successful startup with 0 to 1 launch of a new product is a plus
- Experience launching and growing new Free To Play games, MMOs, or marketplaces
- Expertise launching on Steam, EGS and other PC and console distribution platforms
- Best-in-class brand builder and storyteller
- History of launching successful grassroots, guerrilla, and viral marketing campaigns
- Experience building reporting dashboards and synthesizing data points
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
- Demonstrated effective leadership abilities
- Success managing paid acquisition budget across multiple channels
- BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field
Responsibilities:
- Design and lead creative marketing strategy and direct the execution of all go to market activities for new MMO title
- Develop product marketing, key positioning statements, branding, value proposition, and messaging strategy
- Execute viral marketing campaigns leveraging audience and network aggregation
- Collaborate with marketing team to build grassroots marketing and community management programs
- Drive player and creator awareness, traffic, installs, retention, and revenues
- Partner with Product Management and Finance to optimize marketing budget
- Manage PR and communications with media and community
- Create and direct market, competitive and user research
- Analyze performance of marketing programs for optimization
