Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Finance Manager or Head of Finance
  • Worked within the hospitality industry and have an understanding of our sector
  • Operate in a finance business partner role, supporting the Central Regional Managing Director to manage their business to ambitious financial targets
  • Use trend analysis and forecasting to techniques to highlight risk and opportunity in a timely manner to maximise benefit to the business
  • Provide support and training to operational teams to ensure Operations Managers and Location Managers can maximise the operational efficiency of their teams and contracts
  • Identify and implement initiatives at a regional level to deliver sustainable operational improvements
  • Support the regional month end process, reviewing proposed adjustments and challenging Operations Managers on performance
  • Support the mobilisation of new contracts, including building realistic operating budgets, monitoring performance during initial trading and working with the Operations team to implement any corrective actions in a timely manner
  • Provide meaningful and insightful reporting an analysis to support regional operational review meetings
