- Proven experience in contract drafting and negotiation, especially related to technology, intellectual property, and commercial agreements.
- Strong knowledge of international regulatory frameworks, especially in financial services and data privacy laws.
- Demonstrated ability to provide practical and strategic legal advice in a dynamic environment.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate complex legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders.
- Interest and passion for Web3 technologies, decentralized systems, and the future of blockchain.
- Provide strategic legal advice to the leadership team in blockchain technology, decentralized governance, tokenomics, and crypto regulations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts, including commercial agreements, partnerships, licensing, and vendor agreements.
- Ensure the Foundation complies with applicable laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement internal legal policies and procedures for compliance.
- Advise on organizational governance matters, including decentralized governance models.
- Manage legal risks associated with emerging technologies and decentralized platforms.
- Liaise with external legal advisors, regulators, and industry bodies.
- Support leadership in dispute resolution, regulatory inquiries, and other contentious matters.
