• Proven experience in a leadership role within an engineering team.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience with development in Agile environments.
• Experience with programming languages such as C# or Python.
• Prior experience developing test frameworks for Client automation.
• Knowledge of Unity and Unity tooling for game development.
• Knowledge of AWS cloud services.
• Knowledge of CI/CD workflows and platforms like GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
• Demonstrated ability to work with multiple teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• The Engineering Manager primarily focuses on managing the members of the engineering team.
• They allocate team members to different projects based on skills and availability.
• They act as liaisons between the development team and upper management/non-technical stakeholders, communicating project status and risks.
• They work on improving development processes while ensuring Agile principles are followed.
• They handle conflicts and promote a healthy work environment.
