Senior Infrastructure Engineer (Remote)

Advanced to expert-level proficiency in Linux system internals, including kernel tuning, CPU/memory optimization, and networking. Knowledge of networking (BGP, routing, load balancing, VPN, firewalls). Strong expertise in Kubernetes, containerization and virtualization technologies. Experience with distributed storage systems (Ceph) or similar. Hands-on experience with automated provisioning for physical infrastructure. Strong skills in CI/CD, automation (Terraform, Ansible) and programming (Python, Bash, Go). Experience with observability and troubleshooting at scale (Prometheus, Thanos, OTLP). Experience provisioning, managing and optimizing databases like ClickHouse, MySQL, Postgres. Proven ability to design and implement resilient, scalable IT solutions. Track record of successful project delivery—including ownership of initiatives, delegation of tasks, and mentoring teammates to drive overall success.

Be part of the Platform team, contributing to the design, building, and operation of a private cloud infrastructure from the ground up. Proactively analyze and optimize infrastructure for performance, scalability, and reliability. Own projects and drive them to completion when assigned, while also participating in and supporting other team members' projects as needed. Maintain and improve our technology and infrastructure stack.
