Requirements:
  • 1+ years of sales development or related experience in a high-tech, business-to-business environment.
  • Experience with outbound cold calling and Enterprise Accounts.
  • Outstanding time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in using Salesforce.com or similar CRM tools.
  • Ability to overcome objections and show accountability and curiosity.
  • Proven track record of meeting lead generation objectives.
Responsibilities:
  • Execute a prospecting plan to develop and progress a sales lead pipeline.
  • Conduct outbound cold calling (50+ dials a day) and support email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Development Manager to develop and adjust scripts.
  • Work with sales team members to formulate key prospect target plans.
  • Conduct thorough follow-ups on leads generated by marketing programs.
  • Drive attendance to events like webinars and trade shows.
  • Maintain metrics of outbound calls and targeted emails.
  • Record all communications and lead qualification activity in Salesforce.com.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and experiment with email cadences.
