Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as a product designer, user experience designer, or similar role with experience in visual/graphic design.
  • Ability to drive design concepts from business strategy discussions to day-to-day design execution.
  • A transparent approach to working that invites others into the process for feedback.
  • Proficiency in Figma, FigJam or other design and prototyping tools.
  • Experience designing with and contributing to a robust design system.
  • A detailed portfolio showcasing problem-solving skills and business/customer impact.
Responsibilities:
  • Drive innovative and creative approaches that can move the needle on key initiatives alongside product, analytics, research, content and engineering counterparts.
  • Partner with product, engineering, and research partners to establish a clear vision that provides holistic end-to-end experiences.
  • Explore and refine concepts, then narrow to the best solution by weighing data, technical feasibility, and scope with your team.
  • Work in Figma to deliver elegant solutions by crafting user flows, user journeys, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes.
  • Contribute to moving business metrics and use qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions.
  • Raise the bar for design quality at ezCater and foster a culture of inclusivity and accessibility.
