Requirements:

• Journalism or related degree, a master’s degree or additional certifications is a plus.
• Experience in the benefits industry, specifically in Consumer Accounts or similar.
• 5+ years of professional experience in employee benefits, journalism, content creation, or related fields.
• HTML, CSS, or CMS experience a strong plus.
• Strong understanding of AP and Chicago style writing rules and guidelines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including PowerPoint.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Craft educational content aligned to MyChoice Accounts products.
• Build engagement strategies specific to Consumer Accounts.
• Provide mentorship to team members.
• Maintain internal and external client relationships.
• Ensure consistency and alignment of content with brand goals.
• Lead change management strategies for new clients.
• Write content for online benefit portals.
• Contribute innovative ideas for creative solutions.
• Monitor tasks using project management software.
• Manage project risks and deadlines.
