Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree, ideally in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• 2-3+ years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B.
• Basic knowledge of marketing technology stack including Salesforce, Salesloft (or similar), and HubSpot.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong collaboration and project management skills.
• Creative problem-solver with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Bring ideas to the team and execute pre-funnel campaigns, programs, and events.
• Drive engagement strategies for the pre-funnel space.
• Manage content delivery across multiple channels to create brand awareness and engagement.
• Lead development of targeted marketing strategies with cross-functional collaboration.
• Analyze and identify customer pain points and business opportunities.
• Manage key channel partner engagement programs and initiatives.
• Create content to nurture leads and develop data-driven lead nurture strategies.
• Measure and report on campaigns and programs.
