Requirements:

• Excellent spoken and written English skills.
• Natural curiosity about KYC principles and processes.
• Preferable experience in KYC/compliance with a strong understanding of CDD and EDD processes.
• Professional work experience, preferably in financial services; experience in gaming is also advantageous.
• Previous client service experience or dealing with third-party suppliers/partners.
• Analytical mindset for interpreting large data sets.
• Good computer literacy.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with applicants via email.
• Review and verify member data and documentation as part of CDD and EDD processes.
• Liaise with internal compliance personnel on the shaping and application of KYC policy.
• Identify areas of improvement that enhance efficiency and member experience.
• Assist in various business needs.
• Be prepared to work weekends, in a rotation.
