Requirements:

• Master’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of consulting experience in healthcare payer landscape at VP or C-suite level.
• Proven success managing multi-million dollar business quotas.
• Deep knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and value-based care models.
• Expertise in scaling consulting services in a SaaS-based healthcare model.
• Track record of delivering over $4M in ARR with 50%+ YoY growth.
• Leadership experience in building and mentoring consulting teams.
• Strong sales acumen and influencing ability.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to and execute consulting division's strategic plans.
• Lead consulting sales across U.S. payers.
• Manage multi-million dollar annual sales and revenue retention quota.
• Provide leadership across the consulting team, setting objectives and performance standards.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop consulting solutions.
• Build relationships with clients and identify expansion opportunities.
• Drive thought leadership and stay abreast of industry trends.
