Requirements:

• 8+ years of well-rounded analytics experience, ideally in Digital Health, high-growth SaaS, and/or Mental Health.
• 6+ years of experience working directly with executive leadership and product leaders.
• 8+ years of analytics experience focused on customer growth, engagement, and lifecycle optimization.
• 6+ years of experience owning and managing data products to create business impact.
• 8+ years of expertise in big data technologies (e.g., Redshift, S3, Databricks, Datalakes, Spark).
• Advanced skills in SQL, Python, R, Looker, Tableau, Statistics, Amplitude, Domo, CoreMetrics, Google Analytics, and Excel.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related quantitative field.

Responsibilities:

• Drive significant business outcomes by leading impactful and complex data projects that align with strategic priorities.
• Provide thought leadership by collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate complex business problems into scalable analytical frameworks.
• Serve as the organization's subject matter expert on advanced statistical analysis, experimental design, and financial impact analysis.
• Lead root cause analyses for critical business metrics and facilitate discussions with senior stakeholders to prioritize optimization strategies.
• Architect and implement automation solutions for analytical processes to improve scalability and efficiency.
• Lead the development of data product requirements, dashboards, and automated reporting solutions.
• Partner with Business Intelligence engineering teams to drive immediate data initiatives and the long-term vision.
• Independently identify opportunities for improvement, initiate projects, and lead them to successful outcomes.
• Deliver compelling presentations to cross-functional teams and executive leadership to showcase data-driven insights.
