• Ability to manage and grow self-serve accounts while maintaining client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry and technology, particularly with The Trade Desk.
• Develop collaborative relationships across functions and prepare the partner program.
• Demonstrate knowledge of industry strategies to support the portfolio.
• Detail-oriented with project management and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals and strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Train and advise clients on using The Trade Desk as a certified service partner.
• Manage relationships for 15-25 agency and brand self-service clients.
• Maintain high client retention and satisfaction.
• Drive measurable growth in programmatic media for partners.
• Support teammates and contribute new ideas and training.
• Prioritize internal and external needs to ensure client and business growth.
• Elevate the self-service internal team by sharing best practices.
