Requirements:
  • 4+ years of quota carrying Enterprise Security sales experience calling on Security (SIEM & Observability) & IT Personas (CISO/CIO’s).
  • Experience working with at least one earlier stage start-up organization with fewer than 1000 employees or demonstrated entrepreneurial skills.
  • Proven track record of landing 5+ new logos each year and ability to run a complex sales process.
  • Experience selling through a channel led motion.
  • Ability to create demand in a territory and sell un-budgeted solutions.
  • Background using MEDDIC.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop a business plan to overachieve sales goals.
  • Manage and maintain the entire sales ecosystem from generating leads through closing.
  • Help customers understand the value of Cribl during the sales process.
  • Articulate our value proposition up and down the organization, from engineer to CxO.
  • Forecast sales predictably and hit sales targets.
