Requirements:
- 4+ years of demonstrated success in full-cycle direct sales experience in B2B environments.
- Experience in developing relationships and influencing key decision makers.
- Ability to manage sales cycles of 3 to 6 months with deals in the six-figure range.
- A true “hunter” mentality targeted at new logo acquisition.
- Accustomed to fast-paced environments.
- Commitment to outbound prospecting and closing deals.
- Experience selling into trucking, oil & gas, construction, transportation, logistics, compliance and/or safety is a plus.
- Understanding of technical tools: Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, Slack, and other enterprise software tools.
