Requirements:

• Strong UI engineering foundation with a passion for design.
• Expertise in React, TypeScript, Semantic HTML & Accessibility.
• Experience with charting libraries and WebGL for data visualization.
• Knowledge of UI/UX best practices, especially for data-heavy applications.
• Ability to scope large ideas into manageable chunks and teach complex topics.

Responsibilities:

• Design and build compelling product experiences for Arize Phoenix and Arize’s commercial platform.
• Create reusable components and templates for our design system, from initial concept to production.
• Prototype new AI features and UI patterns for visualizing AI performance and explaining AI behavior.
• Develop interactive demos and data visualizations for complex AI concepts.
• Produce polished assets like illustrations, animations, and videos for product and documentation.
