• Mentoring colleagues to support their growth.
• Working on Ruby on Rails monolith, building data models, APIs, and business logic.
• Delivering work using agile methodologies and tools.
• Analyzing data to identify problems and generate ideas.
• Supporting colleagues through in-hours support and optional out-of-hours on-call.
• Contributing to cross-cutting concerns improving engineering efforts.
• Participating in product ideation, user research, design reviews, and retrospectives.
