Regional Sales Manager – CADDY (Electrical)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or applicable experience in outside sales.
• Ideally 5+ years of outside sales and/or territory management experience in commercial electrical space.
• Experience working with end-user customers on projects.
• Potential experience leading direct reports and/or third-party sales partners.
• Familiarity with a customer relationship management system, preferably Salesforce.
• Strong preference for technical sales and value-based selling skills.
• Ability to walk and navigate a construction project.
• Willingness to work remotely and travel, averaging 60% within the region.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales goals for CADDY Commercial Electrical business in Northern California/NW Nevada by converting new business through projects and product sales.
• Lead sales agents and align their goals with territory strategy.
• Build relationships with key end-users and distributor partners.
• Provide product expertise and coordinate contractor training.
• Deliver presentations and discussions showcasing benefits and value propositions.
• Develop sales strategies and tactical plans to meet regional sales targets.
• Communicate competitive feedback and market dynamics internally.
• Utilize Salesforce to manage opportunity pipeline and internal communications.
