Requirements:

• Experience as a team leader for more than 15 people for at least 2 years.
• Experience in HR or recruitment roles within IT companies or agencies.
• Understanding of the recruitment process specifics.
• English language proficiency at B1+ level.
• Result orientation and initiative.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure continuous recruitment process from sourcing to closing vacancies.
• Plan departmental tasks in line with the department's strategic goals.
• Monitor performance indicators for various teams and overall department.
• Manage operational processes and resolve incidents.
• Evaluate effectiveness of departmental operations.
• Identify bottlenecks in current processes and expand them.
• Assess required resources for tasks and ensure timely provisioning.
• Describe recruitment business processes in clear regulatory format and implement them.
