Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience, preferably in corporate law, contract law, and compliance.
• Previous in-house or legal advisory experience at tech companies, SaaS platforms, or fintech organizations.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Deep understanding of legal and regulatory requirements within the B2B, tech, or fintech sectors.
• Fluent in Ukrainian and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to company products.
• Provide legal advice on compliance matters, particularly in software, content platforms, and fintech.
• Support the company’s growth and operations across multiple jurisdictions, focusing on Ukrainian and Cyprus law.
• Ensure all legal operations align with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company goals.
• Develop and implement comprehensive IP protection strategies, including trademark registration and enforcement.
• Collaborate with senior management to facilitate business strategy while managing legal risks.
