Requirements:
  • You have c.2-3 years of expertise in end-to-end CRM retention marketing management.
  • Experienced in developing and delivering CRM programmes with proven results.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms like Iterable, Hubspot, or Braze, and understanding of HTML and CSS.
  • Experience handling campaign data using BI tools such as Looker or Tableau.
  • Knowledge of segmentation and targeting strategies.
  • A/B and MVT testing experience.
  • Strong communication and reporting skills, able to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Good Excel skills and familiarity with business reporting tools.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience in Financial Services, Cards, or tech startups is a plus.
  • Curious nature, good organizational skills, and impeccable attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
  • You’ll inherit a baseline communications programme to expand, drive, and optimize through personalization and automation.
  • You will deliver and develop the existing engagement marketing CRM programme focusing on important metrics.
  • Ownership of campaigns with a growth plan.
  • Work in a multinational team to build and optimize cross-sell campaigns.
  • Develop and execute a CRM test-and-learn pipeline across various channels.
  • Analyze campaigns, report trends, and maintain performance dashboards.
  • Collaborate with Engagement Marketing and cross-business stakeholders to enhance engagement opportunities.
