Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in Incident Management, leading high-severity incidents.
• 7+ years of experience in a technical role.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting techniques and problem-solving.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Scripting skills in Bash, JavaScript, Python, or equivalent languages.
• Willingness to be flexible with working hours based on business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of incidents from identification through resolution.
• Lead response efforts across teams for effective incident resolution.
• Act as an escalation point for critical incidents.
• Drive root cause investigations for high impact issues.
• Manage communications regarding incident status and resolution.
• Conduct post-incident reviews and identify actionable insights.
• Monitor incident management programs and report on trends.
• Assist in designing processes to accommodate business growth.
• Provide rotational on-call support.
