Requirements:

• Comfortable with fast-paced work environments.
• 5+ years of Workers' Compensation experience required.
• Doctors' deposition experience (preferred).
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Candidates must be in good standing with the California State Bar.

Responsibilities:

• Managing a docket of Workers' Compensation cases to resolution.
• Conducting depositions.
• Negotiating settlements and moving matters towards resolution.
• Providing direction and guidance to non-attorneys as needed.
• Bringing positivity to the workplace and leading non-attorneys by example.
