Requirements:

• Experience in Canva is a must.
• Experience in WordPress is a must.
• Experience with newsletters is a plus.
• Eager and willing to learn new skills.
• Detail-oriented and intuitively organized.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Manage inbox by checking daily, organizing emails, sending follow-ups, and prioritizing emails.
• Manage WordPress website including responding to comments, checking plugins, writing blog posts with SEO optimization.
• Login to MediaVine Dashboard to ensure ads are running, export new subscribers into FloDesk, and create newsletters using Canva.
• Login to Shopify to check orders and follow up on customer complaints.
• Ensure all recipes on the website are saved in Google Drive.
• Assist with holiday giveaways, ebooks, virtual cooking classes, and various other projects.
