• Deep understanding of business challenges within relevant verticals.

• Develop and execute strategy for Financial Services vertical solutions.
• Define core use cases for CCaaS and UCaaS solutions.
• Scope and prioritize requirements for product and engineering teams.
• Understand business challenges and translate them into targeted solutions.
• Perform market analysis to inform product decisions.
• Partner with sales and marketing for go to market strategy.
• Identify key platform integrations for successful market entry.
• Collaborate to create customized dashboards for common use cases.
• Ensure sales and support teams are knowledgeable about offerings.
• Engage in industry forums to understand market trends and needs.
