Requirements:
- Doctor of Medicine degree (MD) and valid license to practice the profession.
- Board Certification.
- Specialty in either Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- 2 years of post-residency experience.
- Telemedicine experience and comfort with asynchronous care.
- At least 5 Active/Unrestricted Medical State Licenses, preferably in AL, FL, GA, IN, KY, NC, OH, PA, TN, TX, VA.
- Current IMLC, and 10+ State Licenses Preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct intakes/onboarding visits via phone or video for new members (patients) based on telemedicine regulations.
- Execute the fundamental tasks required to initiate the Treatment Plan.
- Provide care using our care platform: evaluating patient records, diagnosing, prescribing medication, and making lifestyle recommendations.
- Follow best practices and company specific policies for diagnosis, treatment, and documentation.
- Answer patient questions related to their treatment and provide high quality counseling.
- Serve as collaborating physicians for any CopilotIQ NPs in the majority of states.
