Requirements:

• 5 to 7 years prior experience in M&A deal sourcing or origination in a private equity firm or a VMS acquirer.
• Business level fluency (verbal and written) in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
• Genuinely curious about SaaS software and business.
• Thrives in a metrics-driven environment and leverages data for informed decisions.
• Meets and drives to exceed agreed upon KPIs.
• Exceptional writing skills and ability to drive two-way conversations.
• Loves the sales process and improves upon existing data-driven approaches.
• Growth-mindset matched with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Continually improves skills and is coachable.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, research, and evaluate attractive companies based on Banyan’s investment criteria.
• Outbound prospects and contact them through a mix of channels including email, phone, & conferences.
• Establish relationships and trust with software business owners in your core verticals and drive daily engagement.
• Proactively collaborate across the entire Banyan team to drive business outcomes.
• Use Banyan’s software tools and resources to increase effectiveness.
• Track activity and maintain records in Salesforce.com and Outreach and report on KPIs.
