Requirements:
- Proven experience in operations, partnerships, or client onboarding roles.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in tools for scheduling, documentation, and live tracking, including CRM systems, Airtable, and GPS tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and independently when needed.
- Familiarity with healthcare, emergency services, or related industries is a strong advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outreach calls to potential partners, introducing the project and its objectives.
- Facilitate partnership discussions and secure meetings with points of contact (POCs).
- Manage meeting logistics and attend meetings with partners to present the project.
- Conduct post-meeting follow-ups to address queries and advance partnerships.
- Document meeting insights, action points, and maintain accurate records of partnerships.
- Support stakeholders during onboarding and guide them through the process.
- Conduct inspections on provider partner vehicles, if needed.
- Support ambulance live tracking and collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational issues.
