  • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and creative tools to source diverse candidates.
  • Build rapport and partner with key Hiring Managers.
  • Manage the recruiting process efficiently and effectively.
  • Instill best practices for job descriptions and candidate feedback.
  • Ensure a 5-star candidate experience.
  • Liaise with external recruiting partners.
  • Collaborate with ASG’s Talent Team to share best practices.
