Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial screenings and in-depth interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Provide detailed feedback and recommendations to hiring managers.
• Organize and oversee candidate assessments, including technical tests and personality evaluations.
• Perform thorough background checks, verifying employment history and references.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates, scheduling interviews and providing follow-ups.
