Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in a fast-paced, client-facing role.
• Experience in business development or partner-facing roles.
• Experience in building and executing against a pipeline of targets.
• Ability to work flexibly in a startup environment.
• Strategic and creative thinker able to convert data into plans.
• Passion for creator communities and/or knowledge of Whatnot product categories.
• Experience in a high-growth startup or marketplace is a plus.
• Proficiency in SQL is desirable.
• Experience buying and selling in online marketplaces is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Launch and own a category in Australia.
• Strategize to scale efforts for category success.
• Partner with GM on determining future categories.
• Build relationships with influencers and execute activations.
• Organize events related to products and fandoms.
• Develop a pipeline of sellers and manage ongoing relationships.
• Advise sellers on business growth and gather user insights.
• Analyze data to measure impact and drive category growth.
