Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in Product Management, focusing on developer platforms.
• Prior experience as a professional software engineer with complex distributed systems.
• Experience working in effective agile software development processes.
• Demonstrated experience with AI and ML preferred.
• Strong understanding of software development processes, workflows, and tools.
• Proven ability to manage product lifecycles and enhance developer experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, remote-first environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.

Responsibilities:

• Be the voice of our customer by engaging with prospects and partners to inform product strategy.
• Understand and communicate AI market trends.
• Develop and execute a product strategy and roadmap focused on developer experience.
• Maintain a backlog and lead agile ceremonies for product execution.
• Perform competitive analysis to inform product strategy.
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams to enhance product design.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Success teams for market enablement.
• Work across teams to align product enhancements with goals.
• Define and track KPIs for developer experience.
• Communicate product strategy effectively to leadership.
