Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in managing and scaling e-commerce ad campaigns with a focus on D2C.
- Proven ability to manage high-budget campaigns, with monthly budgets ranging from $100,000 to $400,000.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Northbeam and Triple Whale.
- Data-driven mindset with a strong focus on ROI and performance metrics, including hooks, open rates, CTR, and conversions.
- Familiarity with creating and optimizing ad copies, UGC, and audience-specific creative strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of liaising with Senior Media Buyers and other stakeholders.
- Industry experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and Alcohol & Beverages is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and scale e-commerce advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok platforms.
- Oversee 1-4 client accounts, focusing on campaign performance, strategic scaling, and aligning with client goals.
- Conduct daily campaign optimizations, including refreshing ad copies, monitoring user-generated content (UGC), and analyzing performance.
- Identify opportunities for improvements, budget increases, and overall campaign enhancements.
- Provide in-house strategic insights to better understand client needs, particularly in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and Alcohol & Beverages industries.
- Attend client meetings to discuss campaign performance and actionable strategies.
