Data Analyst (100% Remote, Anywhere in the USA)

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a business or product management context. Proficient in Python and SQL for data collection, transformation, and analysis. Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms. Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or AWS Redshift. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Work with business stakeholders and product managers to gather and understand their data needs and define key metrics. Conduct thorough research and data profiling to identify relevant data sources and assess data quality. Collaborate with data product managers and engineers to assist in writing requirements and documentation. Design and execute user acceptance testing plans to validate data products against business requirements. Develop ad hoc analyses, maintain dashboards and reports, and assist in interpreting complex data. Recommend process improvements for data collection and analysis practices.
