  • Excellent communication and influencing skills to C & VP levels.
  • Experience in Hi-Tech businesses and operating models.
  • Experience in Enterprise Architecture across business, application, data and technology domains.
  • Ability to establish effective working relationships and communicate with non-technical people.
  • Knowledge and experience in Enterprise Architecture modeling.
  • Desirable: Lead to Cash, Support, Product business domain knowledge.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Zuora, SAP architecture.
  • Degree in computer science or related field.
  • Enterprise Architecture qualifications such as TOGAF or Zachman.
  • Experience with Enterprise Architecture tools like Avolution Abacus.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the complete lifecycle for enterprise architecture in the applications, business, data, technology areas.
  • Influence strategy and provide thought leadership to IT and the Business.
  • Guide key decisions on cross-functional project scope, business processes, and application/data architecture.
  • Develop the Enterprise Architecture roadmap for Business & IT.
  • Provide architectural support and governance ensuring adherence to established principles.
  • Collaborate in design and project review sessions with various stakeholders.
  • Assess and participate in vendor selections for implementing the Enterprise Architecture roadmap.
  • Support compliance controls within IT and the Business.
  • Provide troubleshooting support leveraging technical tools.
