Requirements:

• Must be available to work 24 hours per week Monday-Friday for the duration of the 16-week program.
• Currently pursuing (or recently finished) a degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Tableau, or similar is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Interest in product management, digital advertising, and user experience optimization.

Responsibilities:

• Gain foundational knowledge of product management by participating in meetings.
• Complete training on tools like JIRA, Confluence, Tableau, and Heap.
• Collaborate with the team to create and refine development tickets.
• Contribute to creating documentation for new features.
• Execute tests for new features and analyze results.
