Requirements:

• Adept at building high-performing teams through trust and continuous improvement.
• Experience in product management within multi-team setups.
• Experience defining and developing dashboards for various organizational levels.
• Knowledge in maintaining a self-service oriented product analytics function.
• Hands-on leader contributing to developing tools and guidelines.
• Experience in Microsoft Azure or similar cloud-native platforms.
• Familiarity with modern data architectures like data lakes, data warehouses, etc.
• Knowledge on data ingestion, ETL/ELT processes, and data requirements.
• Experience with Databricks, Tableau, PowerBI or similar reporting tools.
• Knowledge of Python, SQL, KQL or similar query languages.
• Fluent English is mandatory.

Responsibilities:

• Build and own the Product Analytics data platform in LeanIX.
• Responsible for Product Analytics strategy, backlog and roadmap definition.
• Lead and build a team of data engineers and analysts.
• Coach the team for collaboration with other engineers and data experts.
• Continuously improve processes supporting data platform growth and compliance.
• Create and steer data platform strategy in alignment with business and tech strategies.
• Represent Product Analytics in key initiatives ensuring deliverables.
