Requirements:

• 5-8 years of experience as a lobbyist or in a similar role within a regulated industry, preferably financial services.
• Proven track record in engaging with government officials and industry stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of legislative processes and regulatory environments.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Willingness to travel within the US to meet legislators.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of advocacy and lobbying strategies to support business objectives, focusing on EWA laws in the US.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with Fintech counterparts, policymakers, and industry groups.
• Manage external lobbyist relationships.
• Conduct research on proposed legislation and monitor legislative developments.
• Collaborate with Public Relations to align strategies and messaging.
