Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI or digital product design, preferably within eCommerce, Shopify, or personal care brands/agencies.
• Proficient in Figma, with demonstrated ability to build and maintain design systems.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and performance-focused design.
• Familiarity with A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely, Google Optimize, VWO) for designing testable hypotheses.
• Ability to analyze data insights, heatmaps, and customer feedback for design optimization.
• Passionate about creating customer-centric experiences that meet business goals.
• Attention to detail, balancing aesthetics with performance.
• Creative thinker with experience in optimizing funnels, landing pages, and user flows for acquisition and retention.
• Excellent communication skills to present design decisions clearly to stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Create and iterate on A/B test concepts, landing pages, and funnel optimizations to improve KPIs like conversion rates (CVR), average order value (AOV), and retention.
• Collaborate closely with CRO strategists, developers, and marketers to test and refine designs.
• Design intuitive user flows and interfaces that enhance user experience and drive performance, focusing on a seamless end-to-end journey.
• Develop and manage scalable design systems in Figma for consistency across the site, maintaining a library of reusable components.
• Work with cross-functional teams to align business goals with exceptional digital experiences, leveraging customer feedback and data insights.
• Stay current with eCommerce trends, tools, and best practices, while contributing innovative ideas to optimize user flows.
