Requirements:

• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in eCommerce.
• Creative and strategic thinker focused on online customer experiences.
• Proven track record in developing and executing content and merchandising strategies.
• Proficiency with content management and merchandising tools, experience with Constructor and Builder.io is a plus.
• Hands-on A/B Testing experience, familiarity with AB Tasty or similar tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills for translating data into actionable insights.
• Excellent project management and communication skills, able to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end site strategy for FSA and HSA stores.
• Optimize onsite merchandising via A/B testing and performance analysis.
• Develop and execute site content strategy, managing a content calendar.
• Collaborate with marketing on landing page strategies.
• Manage navigation strategy and onsite search optimization.
• Lead strategy for product prioritization and brand partnerships.
• Oversee a team including an ecommerce manager and specialist.
