Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree: Computer Science or related field.
5+ years of relevant experience.
Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk and Dynatrace APM.
Experience with scripting using Python, Ansible, Terraform, PowerShell, Shell or other automation technologies.
Experience with Integration Middleware like TIBCO, Kafka, ActiveMQ, API Gateway and related technologies.
Experience working with SQL, preferably using Oracle.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, preferably Openshift.
Preferred knowledge of integration patterns using REST APIs, WSDL/XSD, OpenAPI.

Preferred experience with ServiceNow, xMatters, and other incident management technologies.

Responsibilities:

Develop and operate integration components.
Perform system integration and performance monitoring.
Continuously automate processes during operations.
Develop prototypes to prove out operational designs and delivery patterns.
Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams including Architecture, Development, Operations, Compliance, Security, etc.
Provide mentoring and guidance to other team members.
