  • Advise on commercial strategy, risk mitigation, and regulatory issues.
  • Provide legal support on topics like marketing, operations, IP, and privacy.
  • Work with the Legal team on drafting disclosure language and updating terms of service.
  • Identify training needs for go-to-market teams related to contracts and legal issues.
  • Enhance and maintain contract templates and lifecycle management processes.
