Requirements:
  • 25-30 door pulls daily with a structured methodology for acquiring new business, territory planning, and pipeline management.
  • Must have 4+ years of proven success in outside sales, preferably cold-calling businesses needing financial and marketing services.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial team environment.
  • Proven experience in growing new business with a hunter mentality.
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to discuss fees and finances confidently.
  • Excellent verbal, active listening, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a pipeline of prospects within assigned geography, and set up in-person meetings with decision makers.
  • Maintain a positive attitude to generate great first impressions and build relationships.
  • Meet weekly and monthly sales objectives in terms of cold calls, appointments, presentations, and closed deals.
  • Collaborate with account managers and internal revenue operations.
  • Manage all sales activity and follow-up in Salesforce.
