Requirements:
- 25-30 door pulls daily with a structured methodology for acquiring new business, territory planning, and pipeline management.
- Must have 4+ years of proven success in outside sales, preferably cold-calling businesses needing financial and marketing services.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial team environment.
- Proven experience in growing new business with a hunter mentality.
- Strong financial acumen and ability to discuss fees and finances confidently.
- Excellent verbal, active listening, and written communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent and 3-5 years of related experience.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain a positive attitude to generate great first impressions and build relationships.
- Meet weekly and monthly sales objectives in terms of cold calls, appointments, presentations, and closed deals.
- Collaborate with account managers and internal revenue operations.
- Manage all sales activity and follow-up in Salesforce.
