  • Ensure a best-in-class experience at events, driving return on investment.
  • Manage the events budget and forecasts, keeping internal stakeholders informed.
  • Develop supplier relationships to secure the best terms pre, during, and post-event.
  • Collaborate with teams across the business to maintain an events calendar.
  • Run event briefings and retrospectives with the commercial team.
  • Oversee all logistical aspects of events.
  • Work with content and design teams on required assets.
  • Identify growth opportunities and present ideas for strategy improvement.
  • Set clear goals and KPIs, and report progress to the business.
