Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a data-driven lifecycle marketing strategy for lead acquisition and account growth.
- Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns including email, paid media, and SEO.
- Own the marketing funnel from acquisition to churn prevention.
- Build and manage a high-performing demand generation team.
- Guide data hygiene, reporting capabilities, and performance monitoring.
- Partner closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to align strategies.
