Requirements:

• Fluency in English and French, both written and verbal, is essential.
• 2+ years of experience in sales operations, enablement, or a related role, ideally within affiliate marketing or digital advertising.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Impeccable attention to detail and highly organized.
• Excellent computer literacy including MS Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint; Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Strong 'can do' attitude with a passion for results.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work harmoniously as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing standard and bespoke presentation pitches and strategic proposals tailored to high-value enterprise clients.
• Directing the creative design of impactful brand pitches and sales presentations.
• Supporting the sales team with benchmark recommendations for pitches.
• Driving gap analysis to identify growth opportunities for pitches.
• Assisting with RFPs and optimizing sales materials and processes.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align strategies.
• Providing support for administrative tasks and improving sales team efficiency.
